• ADAMS & EDEN RESTORATION PRIVACY POLICY & DISCLAIMERS

Adams and Eden are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers and site visitors. The protection of your data is our utmost priority, and we take this seriously as Internet users ourselves, we therefore fully appreciate and respect the importance of data privacy and security on the Internet. This privacy policy therefore explains:

    1. What information we collect when you browse our website:

When visiting our website, we use cookies (see below) to see what pages you find most useful. We then work actively towards adding better content to these pages to help you find the information and services that you may be interested in requesting. By using a contact form on any of our website pages you consent to us getting in touch with you regarding a specified project, and we may also ask for your feedback on our site so we can improve it for future visitors. We will never sell you out to third-party companies, as internet users ourselves we respect the need for privacy when browsing online for goods and services - you're safe using our website, and we will always keep it this way.

    2. Why we collect that information

We collect information through our enquiry and email forms to get in touch with you to showcase our recent building projects, and to improve our site based on your feedback. The main reason we collect data is to improve our website and services, and we want you to be confident when using our website that you're safe. Additional information will be used to help us improve how you find information about our services on our site.

    3. How we use cookies and what they are

Cookies are small, often encrypted text files, located in browser directories. They are used by web developers to help users navigate their websites efficiently and perform specific functions. Due to their core role of enhancing/enabling usability or site processes, disabling cookies may prevent users from using certain websites. Cookies get created when a user's browser loads a particular website. The website sends information to the browser which then creates a text file. Every time the user goes back to the same site, the browser retrieves and sends this file to the website's server. As stated in point one, we will only ever use cookies to improve your browsing experience when you visit the Adams and Eden website.

    4. How we may then use that information

We will use the information from your cookies to determine which pages each customer finds the most relevant and use this to increase the quality of content on the page; for example, we may need to include more pictures of our work if you visited our 'recent projects' page.

    5. What we won't do with your information

We will never sell your data on to third parties. We will never send you unsolicited emails or call you without you first showing a direct interest in us doing so. You're safe using our website, and we'll continue to improve our services online and offline to give you the best experience possible.

    6. How you can opt out from our email newsletter

At present, the Adams and Eden Restoration website does not run any email marketing, however, if this changes in the future we will let you know, and there will be a link at the bottom of our newsletter that reads 'unsubscribe'. Click this, and you'll get taken to a confirmation page which confirms that you've been opted out.
